RareSons collects the information needed to answer requests, manage media projects and partnerships, fulfill advertising and production work, operate customer workspaces, prevent abuse, and document approvals and delivery.
Information we collect
Depending on how you work with RareSons, information may include contact details, company or organization, role, market, project interest, messages, agreements, electronic-signature records, account and security events, artwork, approved content, production files, invoices, payment status, support communications, approvals, shipment details, delivery proof, and campaign activity included in the agreed service.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate fit, prepare proposals and agreements, route users to authorized records, create and proof work, coordinate vendors and production, deliver services, maintain accounting records, prevent fraud and duplicates, investigate security issues, meet legal obligations, and improve operations.
Cookies, sessions, and measurement
The site uses necessary session and security technologies for authentication, request protection, rate limits, and customer workspaces. Public campaign or QR measurement is used only when included and disclosed for that campaign. RareSons does not currently claim a broad public advertising-tracking program through this notice. If analytics, advertising pixels, or optional tracking change, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be provided to printers, fabricators, carriers, delivery partners, payment processors, email or messaging providers, hosting and security providers, and other approved vendors only as needed for the work. RareSons does not sell personal information for money. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Student and organization-supplied content
RareSons does not ask students to submit private education records through public forms. Schools and leagues must authorize the names, photographs, rosters, statistics, quotes, logos, schedules, and other content they provide and confirm the applicable permissions, directory-information policy, and opt-out process. RareSons does not need home addresses, personal student phone numbers or email addresses, full birth dates, medical information, disability information, discipline records, or private academic records for normal media production.
Security and access
RareSons uses role-based access, server-side authorization, encrypted connections, restricted private routes, protected session cookies, rate limits, audit records, and access-controlled file delivery. No system can promise absolute security. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly to the address below.
Retention
Inquiry records that do not become customers are reviewed for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed for follow-up, fraud prevention, or legal purposes. Project, contract, accounting, production, approval, and security records are retained for the period reasonably required to operate the account, document the transaction, meet tax or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Retention can vary by record and applicable law.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about applicable privacy rights by emailing RareSons. We verify requests before releasing or changing protected information and respond within the period required by applicable law. Transactional, security, production, and account notices may continue while an account or agreement remains active.
