You approve the complete fixed price before any work outside your package begins. RareSons does not bill by the hour.

How package work is handled

  • Launch work begins after the agreement is signed, the required amount due at signing is received, and required content, access, and approvals are provided
  • Each new website, logo, managed campaign, or print design includes one initial creative direction and up to two consolidated revision rounds unless the signed proposal says otherwise
  • Monthly updates, graphics, managed campaigns, meetings, reviews, and other recurring deliverables must be used during that service month and do not roll over
  • Higher-package recurring limits replace lower-package recurring limits and do not stack
  • Website updates cover supplied text or image changes within existing pages; redesigns, new pages, custom features, and new integrations require a separate fixed-price proposal
  • Included print is limited to the exact product, quantity, material, and finish stated in the selected package; delivery, shipping, reprints, specialty upgrades, split shipments, installation, and rush service are separate unless the signed agreement expressly includes them
  • SEO work follows the exact package level, service frequency, website access, and content limits stated in the signed agreement; rankings, traffic, leads, sales, crawling, indexing, and AI citations are not guaranteed
  • Annual prepaid packages cover one fixed 12-month service term; monthly payment plans are fixed 12- or 24-month commitments and are not month-to-month cancellation plans
  • A 24-month price lock applies to the stated RareSons monthly service payment; taxes, advertising spend, provider fees, postage, shipping, specialty production, and other customer-approved outside costs remain separate
  • The customer supplies accurate content, has permission to use it, provides account access, and responds to approvals; missing materials or delayed approvals pause the schedule
  • RareSons does not bill hourly; work outside the signed scope receives a fixed-price change order or separate proposal for approval before it begins
  • Commitment length, payment dates, renewal, cancellation, ownership, and final file delivery are confirmed in the signed agreement

Not included in standard packages

  • No photography, filming, or video editing
  • No daily social-account management beyond the exact approved posts included in the selected package
  • No comment or message management
  • No automatic social publishing, paid-platform management, or email/text sending until the customer's approved account access and provider requirements are connected and confirmed in writing
  • No ongoing paid-platform management unless it is separately activated after approved account access and responsibilities are confirmed in writing; all media spend requires customer approval and is billed separately
  • No email or text sending until an approved provider is connected, audience consent is verified, and required unsubscribe handling is active
  • No complex custom e-commerce inside a standard package
  • No guaranteed rankings, leads, sales, or advertising results
