HOW PACKAGE WORK IS HANDLED

  • Launch work begins after the agreement is signed, the launch payment is received, and required content, access, and approvals are provided
  • Each new website, logo, campaign kit, or print design includes one initial creative direction and up to two consolidated revision rounds unless the signed proposal says otherwise
  • Monthly updates, graphics, campaign kits, meetings, reviews, and other recurring deliverables must be used during that service month and do not roll over
  • Website updates cover supplied text or image changes within existing pages; redesigns, new pages, custom features, and new integrations require a separate fixed-price proposal
  • Included print is limited to the product, quantity, material, finish, shipping, and schedule written in the signed proposal; reprints, upgrades, installation, and rush service are separate
  • The customer supplies accurate content, has permission to use it, provides account access, and responds to approvals; missing materials or delayed approvals pause the schedule
  • RareSons does not bill hourly; work outside the signed scope receives a fixed-price change order or separate proposal for approval before it begins
  • Commitment length, payment dates, renewal, cancellation, ownership, and final file delivery are confirmed in the signed agreement

NOT INCLUDED IN STANDARD PACKAGES

  • No photography, filming, or video editing
  • No direct social-media publishing or daily account management
  • No comment or message management
  • No direct advertising-account control or media purchasing without a separate written scope
  • No automated email or text sending until an approved provider is connected
